We talk about your tech issue/isues, and see if we can be of help. Afterward, we follow up with a custom project proposal that includes itemized deliverables, overall investment costs, and a detailed service agreement.

The Game Plan

Once we receive your signed documents and payment, we’ll reach out to ensure there have been no changes to the issues you’ve been experiencing.

Solving The Problem

We will get to work solving your issues. We request that you are readily available for any questions and or testing during this process.

Testing

Once we have resolved the issues, we will test on our end and ask that you test on your end to ensure the problem has been solved.

Completion
